Moss & Clay Therapy offers in-person, client-centered therapy for children, teens, and young adults in Denver, Colorado.

Grow, explore, & reclaim

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fitting yourself into a diagnosis or following a predetermined path. Moss & Clay Therapy offers a collaborative space to explore what you’re experiencing, better understand yourself, and find ways of moving through life that feel more grounded and meaningful.

A Different Way of Doing Therapy

Who I Work With

I work primarily with children, teens, and young adults (ages 8-30) navigating:

Anxiety | Depression | Self-Harm | Low Self-Esteem | Trauma | Life Transitions | Identity

Everyone is welcome at Moss & Clay. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and creating an affirming space for people exploring gender, sexuality, identity, and belonging.

Therapy Can Look Different

Depening on your needs and interests, therapy may incorporate:

A variety of open and closed jars and containers of colorful paints, brushes, and paint splatters on a wooden surface and a piece of paper, with some of the paints already mixed and applied.

Creative & Arts-Based Approaches

Eco/Nature-Based Approaches

Play-Based Approaches

Therapy can happen through conversation, creativity, movement, play, sensory experiences, or time outside—not just sitting across from someone in an office.
